Unable to access season 5 ranked rewards

Has been about 5 days now still can not access my season 5 ranked badge and border. Able to access season 6 badge and border already. I did however receive the 95 ovr ranked player pack. Posting here because support told me this may be the only way to get it fixed. Wondering if this has occurred for anyone else.

    I’m having the same issue, all of my season 5 badges are gone. Have you gotten a fix?
