Unable To Create New League in Franchise

I need help…. I can’t make no more franchises cause it say I am Commishner of 40 leagues already…. An as u can see I am only in 2 Leagues n I don’t have ownership for either…. It’s getting frustrating not being able to make more franchises…. I run 32 man Online Franchises n I need to be able to make more…. Can someone help me with this please and thanks.
