Unable to play Challenges in Ultimate Team

For the past couple weeks, I haven't been able to play any new Challenges in MUT.  I have every other challenge completed, am able to play old challenges like Training Camp, and have been able to play H2H without any issues. But I am not able to access any of these without getting kicked from MUT and sent back to the main menu:

- Ultimate Legends XX
- Flashbacks Week 24
- Epic Challenges Season 10: Rookie Rumble
- Rookie Premiere

Normally I wouldn't care about completing challenges this late into the game cycle, but my main concern is not being able to do the Rookie Premiere challenges because without those, I will be unable to get the RP player that I can transfer over to M27.

And yes, I have tried deleting/reinstalling the game, updating the license... the usual troubleshooting tips that I could think of.

Can anyone help?

    Update:  I don't don't know which of these steps did it, but I'm finally able to get in.

    I booted the PS5 in Safe Mode and did both parts of Option 6 (clear system cache and rebuild database).  Then I built a new lineup without so many chems and boosts (no Fan Appreciation or Eternals) and had no backup players, just the starters.

    I think the overload of team chems and boosts might've been what was causing it, similar to the issue that a lot of other people are reporting about having too many Eternals players in their lineup.

    Hope this helps anyone having a similar issue.
