User Controlled Player Getting Stuck after patch(Video for help)

I have reset my profile, deleted the game and reinstalled. But this issue is still happening after the latest patch. Attached a video to get help from devs and hopefully to fix it. I just want to play the game :(

You can see from the video (#34 CB) my player gets stuck when try to move left to chase down the saints player who ended up scoring a touch down where I would have been in a position to make the tackle. You can see that I am able to move once the CPU score a touch down. I am on XBOX if the PS5 version is the version to get can someone let me know. 

• Happens when I am winning
• Happens on 3rd and long
• Playin All Madden

Added new video unable to play the CB position 70 yrd td :( hoping next patch will fix otherwise I am screwed on defense.
