Online matches have an incredible amount of delay.

Whenever I play online H2H with any of my friends (Who are on console), I experience an insane amount of input lag, and screen delay. I am on PC, and it has been said that all performance issues were to be fixed in the last patch, BUT, I've had this problem for about a month and a bit now, and it STILL hasn't been resolved. When i first got the game, I had 0 performance issues, but now, its unplayable online.
