Visa byot draft event bug

I was playing the VISA byot draft game was about to advance to the 3rd stage of the event. I was on match 5 and won 42-0 and pressed finish game then it booted me back to the main menu. I then went back to the event and pressed play and it then gave me a 0-0 loss and restarted my whole draft. I would like for y'all to fix this so that this wont happen again.
