During games in Franchise the wear and tear shows up blank and greyed out.

Wind blows both ways in Franchise Mode.
In franchise Mode, when it is windy, regardless of which direction the punter is punting, he is always punting into the wind it seems. The ball always goes short, even when he changes direction.
