You guys release Fan Appreciation, and just as expected for a promo titled something like this, none of the packs released will open after you purchase hahaha… unreal man, always something. TVP’s don’t open either

I’m having a similiar issue. Bought the training variety pack and was glitched to home after opening my strategy item, and the remainder of the variety pack disappeared. Nowhere to be found in my unopened packs/inventory. I’ve submitted 3 cases about it that were all closed out with the message “no fix available”.
