Why are penalties never called?

Every time I play, the only penalties that are called are holding and roughing penalties. No other penalties are ever called. It doesn’t matter what the settings are set to. They never call anything except for holding and roughing penalties. I have attached an example of clear pass interference that wasn’t called.

    This is ridiculous that nobody looks into any of the issues posted here. This issue along with the fact that when your QB gets sacked, the team rushes back to the line without pressing any buttons. The game is basically unplayable at this point. Too many issues and bugs.
