Seeking Affected Players for Possible Collective Action re. Superstar Mode

For over two months now, Madden 2026 Superstar Mode has been consistently non-functional for many players, myself included. Despite repeated reports across forums, social media, and support channels, the issue has not been meaningfully acknowledged or resolved by EA.

Superstar Mode is a core feature of the game and one of the primary reasons many of us purchased it. When a major advertised feature remains unusable for this long, it raises serious concerns about the quality of the product and the lack of timely remediation.

Myself and the community have attempted all suggested troubleshooting steps, contacted support multiple times, and monitored official channels for updates. At this point, the absence of communication or a fix has left many of us with a game that does not function as advertised.

Because of this, I am exploring the possibility of a class-action complaint or other collective consumer-rights action. To be clear, this does not assume any legal conclusion about EA’s intent or obligations — it is simply an attempt to understand how many players have been similarly affected and whether there is enough shared consumer harm to warrant formal legal consultation.
