Won auction frozen at zero seconds; player item and bid coins are missing

Three days ago, I bid 1,635,000 on joe burrow eternals. The auction has been stuck on no time remaining but won’t clear. I can see the auction and that I am the sole/highest bid, that there are zero seconds remaining, but it’s not closing.

I spent money on packs to get those coins and I have contacted the support team four times with no resolution. I said I would be okay with getting the player item, my mut coins back, or a refund for my purchased packs. Is there any way to get customer service for this game or has EA effectively stopped offering functional customer service?

Any ideas for getting this fixed? Worth disputing with credit card company?
