Can’t snap the ball

Playing on PS5 and I am unable to snap the ball or play any offense. I can play defense fine but once it’s time to play offense I just keep getting delay of game.

Offside penalty
Offside penalties are not enforced correctly. If accepted, it's supposed to be five yards and replay the down. Right now it's five yards, but you don't get to replay the down.
