Can't Advance Franchise Due to Roster Requirements

I can't advance my franchise because the game decided to injure my long snapper. There are no free agent long snappers, and we are past the trade deadline, so there is no way for me to reach minimum roster requirements.

In fact, multiple CPU teams don't have any long snappers but are allowed to advance, so why can't I?

There are only 23 long snappers in the entire game (2028). And there are no regression sliders to help keep them from retiring longer. 

Why did they implement a new position if they didn't test whether the roster mechanics would even make it feasible to add? Why did they not test this before release. IT IS OCTOBER!! 

Also, because the injured reserve system is broken, I won't be able to bring my LS off of IR this season. 

FIX THIS!!
