My Player contracts

It would be great to see in the my player mode a monetised system in-game. Earn your rookie contract and bonus pending on where you get drafted. Then work on your contract negotiation as you progress eg. 10 mil over 3yrs with x amount guaranteed. Then be able to use this money to either help upgrade skills or even similar to nhl in buying a personalised trainer to upgrade strength, hire a personal chef to upgrade morale etc. 

Seeing as though in franchise mode, you have to negotiate contracts with your players, this feature would be ideal in the my player mode to potentially then shop around with the other teams or if you ask for too much, then you may have to become a free agent.
