Your only option may be simulate the rest of the year or until playoffs when someone gets fired. I found a work around for this I had a similar situation in 24 I think and somehow found a workaround. If I remember I will post it. Can you create another coach? You may also take control of another team and fire its coordinator, that may be what I did.
