Thanks for the info on this one. I have come across these comments a few times. We passed it along to the team. These types of issues may take time to investigate, but they are now on the radar and in my report.

21 Days ago you responded to this thread. The timeline these issue continue to persist should be evident enough this game is broken. EA should be offering refunds to anyone who request them.
"In California, if a retailer has a limited or "no refund" policy, they must display a clear and conspicuous sign to inform customers. Failure to do so means the retailer must still honor return
This is my request for a refund. The game is clearly broken in many facets and doesn't meet the consumer expectations nor the promoted game play marketed by EA.

cc9e9c6bf86df230 I am familiar with it. So, for refunds, requesting on the forums wont do anything because there isn't a way to do that as Community Managers are not Live Support.
EA Help can only process a refund IF it was purchased through the EA app. Any purchases made through a third party (not through the EA app) must be requested through that retailer. EA is not the retailer. EA is the publisher. The retailer is whom the product was charged and purchased through.If the game was purchased in the EA app, you would contact EA help. If it was not, you must contact that retailer as the refund falls under that retailers refund policy.

EA_Shepard Is there any word on a timeline for fixing this coordinator glitch? Seriously how hard is it to even just make someone aware that the glitch exists? It’s all over Reddit. This makes it extremely difficult to enjoy online franchises with custom coaches- literally a SELLING POINT of this year’s Madden.
