I play in an almost full online franchise league and it's super fun. We're in our first season, but I've worked hard on my team and put all my coach points into my head coach & offensive coordinator....

Welp, I know the reason for the glitch and it’s because someone abruptly left your league in which now the open team decided to hire your OC as their head coach.
The only fix at this time is to retire and “create new character”.
Sadly, you will lose all your progress and need to start from scratch.
It’s just another way to dishearten longtime franchise players and force them to join MUT. EA is just hyping up franchise this year and knowingly put all these glitches to discourage franchise users. Why? Because it’s genius and simply greed but genius. Well played, EA!
