Franchise Mode

I have played franchise mode since the beginning and love it. But there are so many things that could make it better. Coach mode wasn't a massive improvement for so many reasons but the sake of this post is things that need to be corrected in this year version. 

During the draft myself and the other users continually have an issue where we try and draft a player with plenty of time left and we will get a message saying "your time has expired your staff drafted for you". It happened to myself and another user on back to back picks. Also team builder was an amazing addition but it refers to the team builder teams as Chicago. Last year it was home team or visitor team. I turned off the commentary because of it. I know you can't say every city but home and visitor would be better. We should be able to do better with the weekly strategies. An example is if your 6 player focuses run out you have to select it again and for the current week it is a waste of a use, it won't take effect until the next week. These are just a few and I will start a new post with suggestions for next year's game with hopes it will be read.
