EA Needs to add Squads to franchise

FC has a good version of it, but regular franchise mode with up to 3 users, head coach, offense and defensive coordinator could make the franchise the most played madden mode. I'm not kidding, from my experience, you want to play MUT squads with your friends so your actually making progression, but ultimate team requires at least two people to have expensive or time consuming competitive teams. Franchise is literally the solution to this where its designed so a team can be made up of any group of players, there's xp progression where developing players makes noticeable on field changes, it requires no money, and a "week" of progression takes around an hour at most to do of field work and play a game. Other then profitability I see no downside or difficulty for EA, and it would be the coolest addition to madden.
