 Madden 26 Coordinator Glitch is Breaking Online Leagues

Dear EA Sports,

I am writing on behalf of many Madden franchise players to express frustration with a major issue that continues to harm the online league experience: the coordinator glitch. This recurring problem has been preventing users from playing their games, stalling leagues, and ultimately driving away dedicated franchise players.

The solution appears to be simple—allowing users the option to sign coordinators mid-season. This would immediately prevent leagues from being stuck and would give commissioners a way to keep things moving. Unfortunately, this problem has been present year after year, and yet franchise players—one of the most passionate and loyal parts of the Madden community—continue to feel neglected.

Madden 26 has incredible potential, but issues like this undermine the experience. Online leagues thrive on momentum, competition, and engagement. When the game literally won’t let people play because of a preventable glitch, it shows a lack of care for franchise users who keep these leagues alive

We are asking EA to please prioritize this issue and finally deliver a fix. Giving franchise players proper tools and flexibility is not just quality-of-life—it’s essential to keeping the community engaged and invested in Madden
