Frachise crashing while simming the offseason

Every time i try to sim threw the offseason to get to the draft it will crash and kick me out of the game. This is an offline franchise that i just made. I deleted older saves thinking they were just bad but now this brand new one will not let me get past the staff fill stage. Only seems to do it when im using a relocated team too, i have tried to wait and move the team after i sim but it still kicks me out.
