Franchise Coordinator Bug - FIX!!

Hey everyone!! I just posted about the franchise coordinator bug yesterday and I found a solid fix. Took me forever and I messed around with a bunch of stuff. I hope this works for everyone!!

I don't think there's any way to get your same coordinator back, but I did figure out how to have a new coordinator hired without forcing your head coach to retire/rejoining or just simming to the next week. 

Just to note the spot I was in before the fix...With the original bug in coach central it showed "Position Open" for my Offensive Coordinator position and when I tried to play a game it says I can't play since I don't have an OC. 

To fix it for the current week I went to practice where I can assign my coach abilities and assigned them, then I proceeded to where the mini drills are and I played one of them. After that, I DID NOT click on simulate practice, instead I exited and went back to the franchise home page. Then I clicked on play game again and it allowed me to start searching for my game. When I went back to coach central I now had the offensive coordinator automatically filled by the CPU with the best coach available. A good one too, it's a level 21 guy. 

I can now play my game this week!! The obvious con is I don't get my original coordinator back, but so be it, oh well...

I learned some things you might want to know. Do not assign abilities this week that will lock in for the long-term like 4-7 weeks or whatever. Your new OC will have new abilities you might want to use right away for the next week. I locked in some low level abilities not thinking ahead...

Also, this really showed me there's no point in investing a lot of coach points into anyone except for your Head Coach. These coordinators are just place holders so be sure to spend your points on the head coach only.

Last, make sure your commission has coach firing set to "NONE" or whatever the option is. Not CPU only, not yes, just remove as many firings as possible which will limit the amount of times this bug might occur. It still might happen, but at least that limits it...I think.
