FRANCHISE GOT DELETED PLEASE HELP !

Hello, I recently started a franchise with my 2 friends using a 2012 custom roster and no franchises are popping up in my franchise section. I am the owner of the franchise. If you can please try and restore it that would be great. We were in the offseason of year 4 going into year 5. I was the raiders and my 2 friends were the patriots and Steelers.
