Gm Franchise Mode

I dislike the idea of everything in one franchise mode and the owner mode used to be pretty good for a gm mode. But, I want solely gm mode where u monitor players through training camp and I want more detailed contracts and salary cap, I also want player film for scouting, gms should also be able to go to combines and events, and you should also be able to start as scout and work your way up.
