Initial Coach Interview

Currently it seems there’s an issue where only the creator of the league gets the coach interview to trigger in pre-season week 1. For every user who joins after, they don’t get the interview until pre-season week 2.

this is a big problem for a multi-user online franchise. If a user selects the Camp Counselor ability, they won’t be able to use it until the second season’s pre-season.
