Madden 26 Franchise & Superstar Mode issues

Hi how are you I'm having trouble in franchise mode in Madden 26 on PS5 my QB is punting for some reason and then the game crashes also in Superstar mode we've been told that the year is gonna be when we declare for the draft in college 26 and we get drafted in 2025 I don't get it can I get any help thank you.

    I almost have the same problem with my qb but instead I can’t control my qb ….. it’s like he in cpu mode and I can only run the ball. ….
