I was curious if there is something I am doing wrong with the camp counselor ability. I don't get the bump in XP that the ability says. Have you guys noticed the same thing? I apply the camp counselor ability, do the focus players drills; then I start training camp and I still don't get the extra rookie snaps or higher xp for getting gold like the ability states.
I noticed that the key to getting the camp counselor ability to work is to make sure that before your last game of the previous season that you have the ability in and active for your last weekly training. I was confused because of the weekly time it says they last but it works if you do it this way for a huge boost to your players xp gained from training camp.
