Not receiving the 200 Franchise points when pre-ordering the MVP bundle

I started franchise mode last night in madden 26 and I didn’t receive my pre-order bonus of the 200 franchise points and all that comes up is a notification saying that “congratulations you’ve received 200 franchise points” but when I click okay on the notification it doesn’t show any point in the top right corner of the screen.
