Online franchise mode

Why come why I play online franchise mode by myself….. every time I scroll and choose my favorite plays or save plays or the plays I hearted it freezes up and crashes ……they took out owner mode franchise and I’m giving it a shot with the coach….. cause that’s all that’s left to choose from lol…. But I had to pick an avatar coach that doesn’t look nothing like me I couldn’t change his face only his clothes and shoes and pants smh ……. Idk why companies drop games and they not even ready …… **bleep** sad
