Same issue with our league. It is effecting every user in the league.
I am also in 2 separate online leagues where this is not an issue. The league effected is named : New Era Madden. Create on Xbox but open to all platforms as we have users on Xbox, PSN and users who play on PC. This issue began on October 8th and since then nobody has been able to access the franchise. Pertinent information that may lead to the solution of this issue. We integrated NeonSportz over the offseason of year 1 into year 2. We were in the 3rd week of the 2nd season. Player edits and other transactions were made but surely that wouldn’t cause such a massive issue. My theory is whatever workaround NeonSportz found to integrate the league information and rosters has somehow corrupted files of cloud save leagues. Neon used to be dependent upon the companion app to source the information. However they are accessing it now could be the cause of so many franchise users being unable to access their files but I’m not sure how many of these leagues effected have neon or something similar integrated. So my theory is just a spitball idea.
I am the commissioner of the effected franchise and it’s extremely frustrating and disappointing that the amount of work I’ve put into running a successful and active league is being threatened by some sort of error and after nearly a week and multiple other reports it seems as if there is no idea as to what is causing this as you are reaching out via the same message boards we are reporting the issue asking users of your game to self diagnose issues like up to date online memberships
