Online League Error

My online league, which is in its 4th season, started getting this message in the attached photo: "The requested league is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later. We apologize for any inconvenience. You have been returned to the Franchise Launcher.", last night when one of my league members tried to open the franchise. Everyone in the league is unable to access the league. Is there any way to fix this? We have put a lot of time into this league, and would be disappointed if we are unable to save the league.

Hi everyone,

We just recently made some changes that should help out with these error messages when you're trying to log into your Franchise league:

When you've got the chance can you give it another shot? Please let us know if you're still getting the same error as before.

EA_Shepard Our league is still having the same issue and hasn’t been resolved yet. It had the same error pop up 3 days ago but has never been resolved. Happy to provide any additional details you need but I’ve heard from other leagues Tb at it still seems to be a widespread issue. We do have it linked with neonsportz so not sure if that is the cause.

We are having this same issue it started one day after the sever updated. Any updates?

We just want an answer on if this will be solved or notEA_Kent . We’ve had our league on pause since we cannot load into it. We just wanna know if this has a chance still of being fixed or if we should just restart our franchise. Also hoping to have an answer that this won’t happen again if we restart as 24+ hours of time have already been invested by 32 users in our league.

Hi EA_Kent,
My Franchise is currently having this same issue. I am on PS5, this has been going on since late last night I believe. Please help! we have a full league of 32 members eager to get back into it.
