This was a gut punch.  Not being able to hire and fire coaches or make franchise altering decisions is horrible.  These idiots thought that because we like being a coach in NCAA that's what we wanted in NFL. Completely misunderstanding that the organization building aspect of that role is the appeal. So what I'm going to use Pete Carol until he's 103 or go 5-12 in a hell year and stay as the coach? I'm going to try to get a refund.
