Scout Squad Ability
Hey All,
I selected the Scout Squad ability for my coach which says it allows me to "Hire three Tier 2 scouts", but when I try to hire additional tier 2 scouts, it won't let me. Anyone else have this issue?

Yeah, I’m having the same issue.
Yeah, I do not think many of the coach abilities actually work. Lowkey this is very annoying.
You have to complete weekly training to lock in the perk
There is no training to lock in. I spent the points for Tier II to "Hire Three Tier 2 Scouts". It says the tiers are "Active", but then you can't hire the three tier 2 scouts. It appears to be a bug.
You need to apply the ability and complete weekly strategy before you hire the scouts. I added the ability in week 1, before I did any scouting, completed the weekly training and then hired one 3* and the rest 2*
Yeah, I only realized that after I watched Bengal do it on Youtube.
It is so inaccessible and technically a stupid way to go about the abilities.
Thank you for that. I came here for that exact reason. I just did the finished the training and now I just added a 2nd tier 3 scout. It has to be loaded for it to work. That makes sense.
you have to go to weekly strategy, make sure the perk is active in the slots you have then complete the weekly training for it to work.
