Stacking Coaching Abilities is a problem

I run several CFM Leagues. In my Leagues, we have found Users stacking Coaching Abilities to get an overpowered advantage. Also, in the case of the “Camp Counselor” coaching ability Users may triple stack the ability for the ENTIRE SEASON. This has caused the creation of SUPER TEAMS for those willing to use this tactic. 

In some cases Users have Teams with 5+ Rookie X-Factors. 30+ players with abilities on their Teams. Some guys are fielding 11 players on Offense and 11 players on Defense with Abilities. Camp Counselor should only be allowed during Training Camp in my opinion. 

Is this intended functionality? Will this continue in the next version of Madden 27?
