Talent Evaluator Bugged

Posting to inform the ability talent evaluator is bbugged. When used, it does not decrease the percentage needed to reveal talent, but instead completely removes your ability to see the talent even when at 100% scouting. Put on at the end of the season and now even the 100% scouted still have a ? as their talent.
