4th Tournament Bug In Past Day

in the past 24 to 48 hours I've registered for a tournament and worked my way up fairly and legitimately to the finals yesterday around 9 PM. Me and my opponent joined the match. He quit the match. I have photo proof and I got second place for him quitting. I don't know what's up with that. I worked the way to the finals. I played every game and I played fairly I get to my finals and my opponent join as we're both sitting there waiting to load in he quits it says that he quit but then I receive second place and no rewards earlier today in my finals matches my opponents have had bad Internet, and they received a D sync, and although my opponent has bad Internet and lagged out of the match, which technically means that he forfeit I once again did not receive the win and I was winning in that match too, that's really unfair considering that I worked for my win and I don't receive it, but someone who lagged out got the win in the rewards

I don't know if technical teams have capable abilities of going in and changing tournament details but I would like some type of compensation cause this is getting really repetitive. This is my fourth time in the past 24 to 48 hours that I have been cheated out of my finals that I worked for.
