Superstar mode no letting me switch players

Whenever i click swap player my game bugs out and says unable to load and it keeps flashing that and I can’t even click circle or x to accept or back out I have to fully close my app and I’ve done everything, delete and reinstalled, cleared cache, rebuilt data base, deleted all saved data in the game, restarted my PlayStation and restored licenses and nothing has worked… please help
