Superstar Mode Training and Snow game Glitch.

Superstar mode training and snow game glitch. For the most part I like the gameplay and new features of this mode. However it is unplayable for me right now as the ability to train and regenerate my player has gone away. I have created several superstars and at some point (very random) the ability to train goes away after the first year. 

Also I know there are fumbles in snow games but 12 on average seems excessive. I change my ball carrier settings to conservative and it makes no difference. They fumble even from the softest hits and they done properly cover up the ball. They are still attempting juke moves while they should be conservative.
