Superstar mode

Around 3 months ago it started, I was having issues with superstar mode. 
It comes up with constant error messages whenever I try to go onto my character, either to edit or swap characters, that I could only get rid of if I closed the game down fully. 

i have been in touch with EA 3 times now and was told most recently to be patient and a game update will be issued to fix the issues, this was 3 months ago or more. Despite there being multiple updates since then, I’m still having issues. I know others are having issues as well. 

I’ve tried deleting the game and re downloading it from the store, deleting all saved data and profiles, basically starting all over again. But none of it has worked.

Seriously losing faith in EA & madden. It’s been nothing but problematic since I bought it
