Superstar mode

Still getting error messages for superstar mode after months of not playing and trying again. I have been playing madden since madden 04 but after this I may not buy ever again. 

the cost of these games are too much for a game mode not to work. 

who can help get superstar mode to work again? I have cleared my cache, uninstalled, and reinstalled the game twice and still nothing. 
if it doesn’t work after this I’m done with madden!!
