Superstar not working

Yes, I’ve been having the same issue since the update. Also, whatever they did only affected “Superstar Mode”. They better fix it quickly because I have other games to get through. 

I agree. I been working hard like everyone else and last couple of days I get "An error message occurred. " When they had servers down or glitch or something. But, it resorts me to the main screen. I don't want to start over being close to overall 90. 

Superstar won't work for me either just kicks me back to the main screen

It has been about a week that I've been unable to play Superstar Mode. The ERROR message: 

An error has occurred. Please try again.

Has been occurring. I have deleted the game and reinstalled it, and it still won't let me play. Internet connection is no issue. Turning off the device properly, and unplugging it for 30 seconds doesn't help. I'm still getting daily adds when I turn on the game, pushed through. 

This is insane it’s **bleep** near been a week and I still can’t play superstar. Still the same error message. EA gotta do better 🤦‍♂️

Superstar mode isn’t working & hasn’t worked for me for days it won’t let me load into Qb, Rb or Db Only Lb it keep giving error

Every time i try to get into superstar it says error and won’t let me play it at all, it started by trading by guy to a different team and it glitched so i logged out and logged back in and now i cant play it at all. 

I am a usual madden purchaser I have bought the game since Madden 15 and now it wants to break superstar on the new season. There is lots of people who have the same problem it’s everywhere. It’s been like this for a week now still nothing from EA what a disgrace to Madden.
