The snow game glitch is actually pathetic.

How on earth have Madden or EA not tested this game before releasing it? I've set the difficulty to Rookie and I still fumbled 6 times whilst holding the 'secure ball' button. Get it fixed! It's fully ruined the game for me. Tempted to demand my money back in all honesty.

Does anybody have any suggestions on how to fix this laughable glitch?
