LA_X81 - i still see him on the game. He shows up when you start a franchise. Doesnt show on the main roster outside franchise.

yes, i looked at the newest roster before i started a new franchise.  No Cooper anywhere.  i started a new franchise and found him in Free Agency??

That’s because you used the Preseason roster.  He’s there but not in the updates.
