Auction House Account Ban
I turned on the game today 9/5/2025 to see that ALL my coins which was OVER a million have been removed and i am BANNED from the auction house. I have done NOTHING wrong. I have violated no rule nor ...
We don't know the details of your ban here on the EA Forums, as CMs have no visibility into account sanctions. However, if you feel you have been incorrectly banned, you can dispute this decision with the Terms of Service team through the link here.
- Click Contact Us at the top of any page on EA Help.
- Select the game from which your account was banned or suspended. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose the EA app.
- Choose your platform.
- Select Manage My Account, then Banned or Suspended Account.
- Click the Select Contact option.
- If you haven’t already done so, sign in to your account with the ban or suspension.
