Code not working

Redeemed code said it was good but no download

    Hey everyone, 

    For more info on how you can download the beta once you've redeemed your code, check out the Gridiron Notes at the link below: 

    Madden NFL 26 - Closed Beta Details

    If you're on Xbox and you still aren't seeing the option to download it after you redeem your code, give these steps a try: 

    1. Open the Settings on your Xbox console
    2. Go to Account
    3. Select Payment/Billing
    4. Go to Order History
    5. Select the Madden NFL 26 Closed Beta tile in the previous orders

I got my code but every time I click on the game it takes me to the Xbox store and says “thanks for playing” it’s not even called Madden 26 beta it just says “mgf” how can I play it ? I messaged EA help but no reply

    Restart your console

    once you restart your console, go to your games, full library and download
