Suggestion for future franchises

When you have similarly rated players, to make the franchise more authentic and immersive you should allow position battles. I’m talking about in practice, not just performance in games. Like in CFB26 road to glory, as the coach you should be able to choose 3 or 5 drills for 2 players to compete in. You can choose the top 3 drills you value the most, and whoever has the highest score in those drills tells who would be the best fit for your team. It would be even more immersive if you allowed us to watch the battles and note things down about their performance.
