Since EA updated the early release date to the 7th (not 11th) the Xbox store now no longer shows the game as ‘owned’… (I bought it in June)
Getting flashbacks to the licence issues with the MVP bundle last year….
EA are blaming Xbox and Xbox are blaming EA.
Does anyone else have the same issue and is anyone else concerned?
They didn’t until the last minute before the release, and as a result the game has had an error upon opening every time since then saying it’s not owned.
How did they resolve it last year?
Oh, I got an email....saying to go ahead and install. If only it actually worked.
I am having the same issues. It shows I own the game and it shows that in the CFB game add one I have madden 26 but doesn’t show I can download or I own the game

If you look at your order history does it show Madden NFL 26 there? If the pre-order processed it should show that you own the game there.
If you aren't seeing it there, there's a chance that the pre-order may have been cancelled or wasn't able to process. I'm afraid that isn't something that we can look into from our side though, since it would be in the Xbox billing system. It may be best to check and see if they sent you any emails about the pre-order recently.
I purposely didn't buy the mvp bundle this year because of the problems last year with it. Hope they get it figured out for you.
