saintdavid21 I hear you, and I really appreciate how you’re trying to keep the conversation positive even with the frustrations you’ve run into. When the deep dives build up expectations that don’t match what we see on the field, it can make things feel pretty discouraging. I see it a lot in games I play at home, but I keep on keepin' on, hoping it improves.
The speed issues you mentioned are definitely tough, especially when defensive tackles chase down running backs in situations that just don’t feel right. I’ve seen the same with speed parity sliders, and it can be confusing when the changes don’t give the results you’d expect. I know some of y'all get deep into those and i never really did and i know i should as they are important.
The sack numbers are another good point. Having multiple players rack up 20–30 sacks in a season takes away from the realism that many of us are looking for. And that “magnetic field” effect you brought up is something I think a lot of players can relate to. It feels like you line up everything perfectly, only for the animation to pull you out of the play. The only one I can think of that has come close to that many sacks is Michael Strahan, and the only reason I know is I watch him on the news now, and he talks about these things quite often.
The more players share these kinds of details, the stronger the feedback becomes. Hopefully, adjustments can be made to make things feel more true to player ratings and football logic.
EA_Shepard Not sure if you saw my list of feedback. Hoping that gets forwarded to the powers that be.
