Franchise sub sliders

Seems like no matter what I do I can’t get backups to sub in very annoying and infuriating to play franchise Ik you can manually do it feel like it needs to be automatically done cause what’s the point of developing a guy behind a starter again just irritates me cause i feel like theirs just no point
