Game issue where i cant play anything

Question

Hello im trying to figure out what is wrong with my game the other i was able to play Ultimate team and yesterday i couldn't and i kept getting this error in the pictures and so i'm now not able to click on quick play or superstar or mut so could someone please help on what i can do

When i log into other accounts i can play but i'm already a 92 ovr and i don't plan on restarting and when i play madden 25 i can do all the stuff play mut and quick play so idk what's wrong could someone help with some answers

Try deleting the personal saved data for Madden NFL 26. To do that, please follow these steps. There is the risk of losing offline saves and changes to settings you've made. Normally, those download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee this.

Hit the Guide button on your controller
Highlight the Madden icon
Hit the Menu button. It's the small one to the right of the guide button with the 3 horizontal lines on it
Choose Manage game &amp; add ons
Go to Saved data
Delete the file with your gamertag on it
